Stokke Scoot Stroller Review

 Stokke Scoot Stroller Review

Scoot at the Irish Faire

Over the river and through the woods, to the Irish Fair we go...

With our new purple Stokke Scoot in tow. OK, no more music. That comes later. As you knew it would. The Peekaboo mesh window was great in the heat of the day. And the recline came in handy at the end of the day, when little guys like to rest.

The fabric is all SPF 50. UVA/UVB. Good to know for a fair-skinned child.

There is an additional zip-off visor, too, but I didn't have it on this day.

This is the main reason we came. I wasn't sure how crowded it would be. But I knew it was in the forest. So I needed a smaller, yet tough stroller.

And one that could carry a lot!

No tipping here.

But someone wants to be in the driver's seat.

Let me in!

This small reversible Scoot was music to our ears.

Just makes you want to throw up your hands in the air in glee.
Yes, that is the Drum Major's baton in the air. Majorly talented.

The handle on the Scoot is height adjustable.
That's a JuJuBe bag on the handlebars, by the way.
It's easy for older children to hop in and out.

Because there is always so much to see and do.
The seat on the Scoot is really easy to reverse. And you can move the footrest to front, or back!

No dangling legs here! And it holds up to 45 pounds, which means we have a ways to go

The Scoot comes with a rain cover, mosquito net, and cup holder. And it comes in 7 colors--red, purple, black melange, green, brown, beige, and navy.

Best of all..the seat can be folded with one hand, and with the seat facing either direction! You just lift up the seat, push in the white slider button, and the Scoot folds in half. Stands folded, too.

And, it has a three-year warranty!

Which is pretty non-traditonal, like this Irish band.
Stokke may not be the big dog on the block.
But it's new, fresh, and innovative.
So why follow the herd.

Break away from the pack, and buy a Scoot!

  1. I LOVE the look of this stroller! I also like the weight limit. I've never looked to much into strollers where the kiddo sits facing you because they seem to hold only small kids, without the legs dangling down. my 30 pounder would fit great!

  18. I love the purple, and the UV protection would be ideal for my little redhead! (His nickname, incidentally, is Scoot!)

Is that an Irish Wolfhound in the photo? I was literally run down by one of those when I was about 8 years old. Massive dog!

  34. I'd love to have one of these. I have the Bee Plus, but I've always liked the seat on our Xplory more. Too bad that big thing doesn't fit in the trunk of our Prius.

    Thanks for the review, Janet!
